Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead the implementation of the CIS model within partner schools, coordinating a support team and administrators to deliver tiered services and improve student outcomes.

You will manage needs assessments, develop actionable plans, and monitor program effectiveness, with annual reporting to leadership and partners. Strong communication and collaboration with families and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, social work, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CIS model implementation with a school support team and administrators.
• Oversee the annual needs assessment using data from districts, surveys, and stakeholder input.
• Develop and implement the school support plan with measurable objectives across Tier I–III services.
• Coordinate evidence-based services and monitor effectiveness to address student needs.
• Lead annual reporting to school and affiliate leadership and inform future planning.
