Job summary

Atria Health Institute seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to serve as the primary clinical partner for the Orthobiologic Program. You will perform ultrasound-guided injections, MSK assessments, and manage patient care within a collaborative NYS framework.

You will help build program infrastructure, develop protocols, and contribute to outcomes data in a growing, mission-driven practice. On-site in NYC with ramp-up through late 2026.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in NYS required.
• National board certification (ANCC or AANP).
• Minimum 2 years in orthopedics/sports medicine/pain management.
• Experience performing injections; PRP/biologics preferred.
• Phlebotomy proficiency; ultrasound-guided injections training optional.
• Experience with EMR; Athena familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to work under a collaborative practice agreement in NYS.

Responsibilities

• Perform PRP, PRP+PPP, and other orthobiologic injections under ultrasound guidance.
• Conduct initial MSK assessments and intake consultations.
• Assist with higher-complexity procedures (A2M/iRAP, Lipogems, BMAC, Regenokine).
• Develop post-procedure care plans and follow-up scheduling.
• Follow-up visits to assess outcomes and manage complications.
• Operate centrifuge, ultrasound equipment; QC checks with team.
• Document encounters in Athena per standards.
• Contribute to SOPs, protocols, and patient education materials.
• Participate in outcomes data collection and leadership input.
