Responsibilities

A growing orthopedic and regenerative medicine clinic in West Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its clinical team. The provider will work closely with the medical team to evaluate and manage patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions and perform ultrasound-guided injections across various body parts. The position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in regenerative medicine, with potential ownership opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients presenting with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions.
• Obtain medical histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans within the provider's scope of practice.
• Perform ultrasound-guided injections involving various areas of the body.
• Assist with and/or perform bone marrow aspiration from the posterior superior iliac spine (PSIS), as permitted by applicable scope-of-practice requirements, training, and clinic protocols.
• Participate in regenerative medicine procedures and treatments.
• Utilize ultrasound equipment for accurate procedural guidance.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, benefits, and follow‑up.
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Follow all applicable California licensing, scope-of-practice, and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or appropriate graduate‑level education required.
• Current California PA or NP license in good standing.
• Board certification appropriate to the provider's discipline.
• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, PM&R, regenerative medicine, or related specialty preferred.
• Experience performing ultrasound‑guided injections strongly preferred.
• Experience with bone marrow aspiration or regenerative medicine procedures preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, procedural, communication, and patient‑care skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and the clinical team.
