Job summary

Gradable, a joint venture of Farmers Business Network, is hiring Sustainability Program Leads to support farmers in understanding requirements, contracts, and data submission for regenerative practices. You will work remotely, communicating with farmers by phone, text, and email, and coordinate with Gradable partners to drive program success.

A successful candidate will have agronomy expertise, strong communication, and a passion for regenerative agriculture, with experience in customer success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in agriculture, environmental science, agronomy, or related fields plus experience in customer success, customer experience, lead generation, or sales.
• Alternatively, 4 years of precision agriculture, sales, customer success, hands-on operational management, or consulting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with a motivated work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience to farmers enrolled in a sustainability program via email, phone, and meetings.
• Work with Gradable partners to manage farmers in a region and ensure program success.
• Help farmers learn about Gradable and how the platform can support their farm.
• Collaborate with Gradable's product and data science team to guide the development of new tools for sustainable agriculture.
