Memorial Health seeks a Respiratory Therapist for an on-site role to initiate, maintain, and discontinue respiratory therapies for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. The position features a full-time evening shift with rotating weekends and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements include graduation from an approved Respiratory Therapy program, NBRC registration, an Illinois license, and BLS within 30 days of hire; ACLS/NRP certifications within 1 year of hire.

Schedule

Full Time, Evening Shift 1:30pm-12:00am Rotating Weekends $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

Education

Graduate of approved Respiratory Therapy Program

Licensure/Certification/Registry

• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care required.
• Possesses a valid and active Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
• Healthcare Provider or Instructor BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and NRP provider or instructor certifications required within 1 year of hire.

Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Demonstrates the ability to provide respiratory care and therapy to patients of all ages and conditions, including intensive care, neonatal, and pediatric patients.

Pay Transparency

• $31.51 - $48.83
• Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role.
• Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
