  • Collaborate with team members across Refurbishment and Fulfillment Centers to achieve department objectives, emphasizing a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Report any issues promptly that may affect production timelines, safety, or product quality to management.
  • Adhere strictly to safety procedures and exercise good judgment in operational and loss prevention practices.

Basic And Preferred Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old with state-required proof of age documents.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center preferred, with a strong emphasis on fulfillment practices and quality assurance.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 pounds and lift products up to 10 pounds from heights up to six feet.
  • Must be able to push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds along a mechanically assisted conveyor.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (eight or more hours daily).
Minimum Qualifications, Job Skills, Abilities
  • Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.

  • Comfort working in confined spaces (approximately three feet wide).
