Job summary

GameStop Corp. in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Refurb Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:15pm–11:45pm). You will erase data, clean devices, and perform tests to ensure quality before resale.

You will pack orders, coordinate with Refurbishment and Fulfillment teams, follow safety rules, and uphold company values. The role requires physical stamina and basic math, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with state-required proof of age documents.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 pounds and lift products up to 10 pounds from heights up to six feet.
• Must be able to push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds along a mechanically assisted conveyor.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (eight or more hours daily).

• Report any issues promptly that may affect production timelines, safety, or product quality to management.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and exercise good judgment in operational and loss prevention practices.
• Demonstrate commitment to GameStop's values, including a strong work ethic, professionalism, and respect for diversity and integrity.
• Support other departments as business needs require, maintaining flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.

Minimum Qualifications, Job Skills, Abilities:

• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.

• Comfort working in confined spaces (approximately three feet wide).
