Pivotal Health is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support our Payor Compliance team, focusing on payment processing and refunds. You’ll manage the weekly fee-refund cycle, respond to refund inquiries, and assist with payments via Metabase and BigQuery with close attention to detail.

You’ll collaborate with Client Success and IDREs to resolve issues, improve processes, and document workflows as our reimbursement platform evolves. Remote/hybrid options vary by role.

Formación

• 2-3 years in healthcare ops, revenue cycle, or related field.
• Comfort pulling and interpreting reports in Metabase/BigQuery; basic SQL a plus.
• Clear written explanations for payment/refund issues required.

Responsabilidades

• Run weekly refund cycle, process refunds, and match amounts precisely.
• Field refund inquiries and track via refunds dashboard and dispute tool.
• Build and maintain relationships with IDREs to expedite collections.
• Coordinate communications across Client Success, IDREs and Accounting.
• Develop new processes and maintain Payor Compliance SOPs.
