Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or community programs is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, intakes, scheduling, and client communication.
• Assist with onboarding new clients into services and maintain records.
• Monitor authorization deadlines, treatment plans, and required documentation.
• Support staff with admin tasks and program coordination.
• Coordinate interpreter scheduling and communicate client needs.
• Ensure Medicaid and agency compliance and participate in quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with case managers, therapists, interpreters, and leadership.
