Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in humanities, Social Work or related field preferred.
• Previous relevant work experience with refugees/immigrants or diverse communities preferred.
• Digital literacy with ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provides intake to employable adult consumers 18+ (some up to 20 in school).
• Develops service plans mapping goals for self-sufficiency and community integration.
• Co-develops short resumes with consumers and supports job applications.
• Assists with job search and job applications; provides job-readiness counseling.
• Provides budgeting training and public transportation orientation.
• Supports onboarding with employers and tracks employment performance.
• Documents all consumer activities via case notes and contributes to reports.
