Job summary

Grassroots Talent Solutions is seeking a Refrigerator Appliance Repair Technician to service Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct residential repair experience, sealed system certification, and an EPA 608 Type 1 license.

You will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of brands, using schematics and multimeters. We value a strong customer focus, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct experience in residential appliance repair.
• Sealed system certification including R600a.
• EPA 608 Type 1 license.
• Able to diagnose across major brands and models.

Responsibilities

• Repair refrigerators and appliances in customers' homes or sites.
• Troubleshoot using schematics, test instruments, and multimeter.
• Follow MRA system procedures and collaborate with team.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.

Job Description:

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ Years of Direct Experience: Proven track record in residential appliance repair.
• Sealed System Certified: Licensed and experienced with sealed systems, including R600a.
  • EPA License: minimum of 608 type 1
  • Any training certificates would be a plus.
• Brands: Willing and able to confidently diagnose and repair any major brand or model. We work on a wide range of appliance brands from high end to common to uncommon band names.
• The "MRA Way": Compatible with and eager to learn and follow our MRA system.
• Strong Troubleshooting skill: Comfortable with schematics, tech sheets, multimeter and capable of using them.
• Commercial Appliance: Experience with commercial appliances is a plus.
• Tools: has a full selection of their own tools.
