Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a full-time Service Technician to diagnose and repair Coca Cola vending equipment, fountain dispensers, and coolers. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and customer-service skills, with forklift operation and safety compliance as key expectations.

Applicants should have EPA Refrigeration experience preferred, a valid driver's license, be 21+, and able to lift 50+ lbs. Shift flexibility is required to meet service demands.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification Refrigeration experience preferred.
• Willingness to lift 50+ lbs and work varied shifts.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical components within the employee's scope of work.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging, and leak-related repairs when properly certified.
• Complete preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate work orders, repair notes, and parts usage.
• Identify equipment that requires additional parts or repairs and communicate those needs promptly.
• Follow all safety, environmental, refrigerant-handling, and hazardous-material requirements.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers as needed.
• Operate industrial forklift to relocate equipment within the warehouse.
• Support EFC productivity, quality, Pristine Condition, and equipment-readiness expectations.
