Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC in Pennsylvania seeks a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to support warehouse operations by performing repairs and preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems. You will troubleshoot industrial mechanical-electrical equipment, monitor performance, and ensure safety and reliability in a cold storage environment.

This role requires flexibility for on-call shifts and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of refrigeration or maintenance experience required.
High school diploma or GED required.
HVAC/R certification or technical degree required if experience is not met.
Successful completion of assigned industrial refrigeration or mechanical-electrical courses required.
HAZMAT training and certification required.

Responsibilities

Operate and perform repairs and adjustments on refrigeration systems.
Monitor system performance and identify operational issues.
Conduct routine maintenance on warehouse equipment in accordance with OSHA standards.
Troubleshoot equipment and recommend corrective actions.
Test, maintain, and evaluate equipment performance using appropriate instruments.
Maintain tools and machinery in good condition and ensure proper use.
Maintain accurate preventive maintenance records and uphold housekeeping standards in the work area.
Other essential duties may be applicable and assigned as necessary.
