Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; EPA 608 Level 2 or Universal Certification required.
• Proficient in brazing copper, brass, aluminum or dissimilar metals.
• Able to read and understand piping and electrical schematics.
• Minimum 1 year in installation, service, or manufacturing of HVAC/refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test refrigerated display cases and verify performance against specifications.
• Evacuate, charge and perform functional checks on systems.
• Install refrigeration piping, equipment and small condensers.
• Maintain test facility and equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Read blueprints and schematics to support testing and assembly.
