Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team: Maintain contact with your supervisor and team members to ensure work orders are completed efficiently, focusing on customer service.
• Develop your expertise: Install and repair various refrigeration systems, helping people enjoy comfortable and safe environments.
• Gain expertise: Diagnose problems and determine whether to repair or replace components, responding to emergencies with safety as a priority.
• Become a trusted professional: Keep tools neat, clean, and maintained; prepare written materials such as work orders, bids, and equipment inventories to keep everyone informed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow, including cross-training in other trades.
• Technically savvy and personable: Enjoy solving technical puzzles and communicating effectively with homeowners to educate them about their options.
• Experience: Servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing refrigeration components.
• Own tools necessary for the job.
• Valid driver’s license, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle physical demands such as lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• Capable of working in enclosed spaces, crawling, and standing for extended periods.
• Professional appearance: Neat, well-groomed, and committed to safety, understanding that safety is a shared responsibility.
