We specialize in designing, maintaining, and servicing refrigeration systems. Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking qualified new team members who share our drive and vision.

We are looking for a Regional Service Technician eager to advance their career. The ideal candidate will be quick-thinking and effective at problem-solving. This role, part of our Service department, involves repairing, maintaining, and supporting industrial refrigeration equipment for our clients. A solid understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is essential for success in this position.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (40-45 hours per week)
• Out-of-town work 2 nights per week (hotel covered, per diem provided)

Key Duties:

• Refrigeration repair and maintenance support for industrial accounts in food, beverage, and refrigerated storage, ranging from 100 HP to 5,000 HP
• Routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment used in industrial applications
• Utilize knowledge of screw and reciprocal compressors, electrical troubleshooting (high and low voltage), and control/alarm systems for inspections and preventative maintenance
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (supermarket/rack/industrial refrigeration systems)
• Knowledge of controls and electrical systems (high and low voltage)
• Universal EPA certification
• RETA 1 & 2 certifications preferred
• Pre-employment drug screening, felony background check, and motor vehicle record check required
• This is a safety-sensitive position with ongoing drug testing
