Qualifications

- RETA Certification and/or refrigeration/industrial maintenance knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work across shifts and schedules, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Have or attain RETA certification.
- Demonstrate safety leadership and follow safe work practices.
- Plan and conduct equipment repairs as part of a team.
- Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting abilities.
- Maintain professional communication with operations.
- Respond to unplanned/emergency work requests promptly.
- Follow food safety and GMPs.
- Be able to work independently when needed.
