We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented residential service technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

1. Work independently and as part of a team in the repair and installation of HVAC systems.
2. Follow safety and environmental protocols regarding chemicals and equipment.
3. Transport tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure availability at the job site.
4. Participate in meetings, training, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
5. Record data related to repairs, maintenance, and activities.
6. Repair heating and air conditioning systems and components.
7. Install heating and air conditioning equipment and systems.
8. Identify maintenance risks and perform warranty services.
9. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
10. Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
11. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
12. Assist customers with queries and on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC experience and ongoing education in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and boiler systems.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and on holidays during on-call rotation.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to mentor apprentices.
