Job Title: HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

About the Role

We are looking for experienced HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians to install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration units. This is a field-based role requiring strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Diagnose system issues using schematics and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to build custom refrigeration solutions
• Travel to job sites using a company vehicle
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot effectively
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred
• Welding and fabrication skills a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA Type I, II, III OR Universal Certification, Journeyman HVAC, Boiler License, or HVAC/R Certification preferred
