Duties & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including rack systems, display cases, walk-ins, and defrost systems.
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul compressors, pumps, air handlers, controls, and motors.
• Service various HVAC equipment, including ice machines, evaporative condensers, and gas furnaces.
• Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance on all refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Support start-up operations for new equipment installations, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• Guide, mentor, and provide technical support to junior refrigeration technicians on the team.
