Commercial Refrigeration Technician (HVAC/R, EPA Certified) - Summary

• Responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R equipment at various client sites.
• Work independently within a designated local territory, managing calls and maintaining customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R equipment, including walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-in units, ice machines, display cases, and rack systems.
• Address hot-side kitchen equipment and related systems as needed.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Operate a fully equipped company vehicle, maintaining inventory and cleanliness.
• Document all work performed and communicate service outcomes to customers and company dispatch.
• Support other branches on occasion during periods of increased demand, which may involve overnight travel.
