• Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities.

• Facilitate meetings with teams and clients.
• Resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Communicate needs and evaluate solutions with project teams.
• Review construction documents and bid processes.
• Visit job sites to monitor production and QA.
• Prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
