Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of the overall project plan for construction activities, ensuring projects stay within budget and predetermined cost levels. You will work closely with clients, providing status updates on timelines and costs, and manage documentation for change orders.

The PM will typically handle multiple projects for a commercial retail client, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• New product development experience required.
• Experience leading cross functional teams essential.
• PMI/PMP certification a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans, including tracking and reporting resource availability.
• Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities.
• Establish clear project roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate planning for communication, risk, change management and training.
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Gather and review construction documents.
• Visit job sites to monitor production and quality assurance.
• Review progress daily and prepare status reports.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and obtain permits and licenses.
