Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance technician for our Cincinnati, OH facility. You will maintain refrigeration systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Preferred candidates have ammonia refrigeration experience and a background in industrial maintenance. This is a 1st shift, on-site role with opportunities for overtime and skill growth within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and log data, process work orders, and use CMMS.
• Basic math and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
• Conduct emergency repairs as needed and troubleshoot issues across systems.
• Interact with plant personnel to achieve goals and minimize downtime.
