Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Broussard, Louisiana is seeking a Refrigeration Diesel Technician to diagnose, overhaul, and repair diesel engines and refrigeration systems.

You will work on Thermo King and Carrier units, with a Monday–Friday schedule (Second Shift 11:00 am – 7:30 pm) and comprehensive benefits. Ryder emphasizes state-of-the-art diagnostics, training, and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Vocational or technical certifications encouraged.
• Valid CDL CLASS A preferred; other location certification as required.
• ASE PM/Brakes/A/C or Master Mechanic certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and diesel systems on trucks and trailers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs with minimal supervision.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and OEM software to identify faults.
• Coordinate with customers/drivers to determine the proper course of action.
• Mentor junior technicians and comply with safety and DOT regulations.
