Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Refrigeration Foreman to lead field crews on commercial installation projects in the Houston area.

You will serve as the technical lead, directing apprentices and journeymen while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising installation crews, tracking progress and labor hours, managing job costs, schedules, and coordinating with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial refrigeration/HVAC or related trade experience.
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and labor management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead field teams and work independently.
• Physically capable of field work in active construction environments.
