The Arcticom Group's TAG Refrigeration is seeking a Refrigeration Construction Foreman to lead commercial refrigeration projects in the Houston, TX area. You will manage field crews, interpret plans, ensure safety, quality, and on-time execution, and serve as the primary link between crews and project leadership.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, read construction drawings, and coordinate with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and oversee daily jobsite operations.
• Plan work sequences and coordinate crews, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor schedules to meet milestones while maintaining safety and quality.
• Read project plans and specifications and interpret schedules.
• Communicate progress, issues, and potential delays to leadership.
• Enforce safety program and conduct safety meetings.
• Identify scope changes and coordinate with Superintendent/PMs.
