Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to perform general warehouse and inventory tasks in a cooler/refrigerated environment.

You will load and unload trucks, move pallets, and pick customer orders for shipping, following production schedules and receiving paperwork. You will use basic computer systems to scan and enter inventory, maintain stock rotation, and keep the coolers clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 1 year of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Forklift certification or related certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items within the warehouse as assigned.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated areas.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse; ensure neatness.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipping and loading onto trucks/trailers.
• Check information for accuracy and maintain inventory records using a computer.
