Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED acceptable.
• Ability to read schedules and process orders accurately.
• Forklift certification and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items; organize by location or code.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated areas.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Fill requisitions and distribute to production workers.
• Pick customer orders for shipping and load onto trucks/trailers.
• Verify shipment accuracy and inspect products prior to loading.
• Use computer to scan/enter inventories and records.
• Complete daily pick sheets and cycle counts.
• Assist with monthly/year-end inventory counts as required.
• Monitor materials and address irregularities with supervisor.
