Job summary

Groupe Bonduelle Fresh Americas in New Jersey is seeking a Machine Operator 4 to work in our refrigerated production environment, focusing on operating the packaging equipment.

You will follow GMP/SQF/HACCP guidelines, set up the bagger, monitor quality, and assist with maintenance as needed. This hands-on role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a cold, fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic math.
• Able to be cross trained and multitask in multiple positions.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced 24 hour plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment in a refrigerated production area.
• Follow GMP/SQF/HACCP & sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Set up the bagger per bag specifications and perform pre-flight checks.
• Conduct quality inspections and monitor product/packaging integrity.
• Assist with maintenance and reduce waste through process controls.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work in a high-paced plant setting.
