Job summary

Bonduelle Fresh Americas in Irwindale, CA seeks a Machine Operator 4 to operate packaging equipment in a refrigerated production setting. You will follow GMP/SQF/HACCP guidelines, perform pre-flight/shut down procedures, and support maintenance tasks to ensure product quality.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a cold, fast-paced 24-hour plant, and cooperate across shifts while staying detail-oriented and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic math skills.
• Able to be cross trained and multi-task in multiple positions.
• Willingness/flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced 24 hour plant environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• GED/High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment (Hayssen) and ensure GMP/SQF/HACCP compliance.
• Complete pre-flight and shut down procedures; set up the bagger per bag specifications.
• Maintain equipment and quality; perform preventive maintenance when necessary.
• Conduct quality inspections and visual checks of defect, FO’s, size, color, and quality.
• Manage waste reduction and monitor production efficiency.
