Job summary

Cryopak in Edison, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support production and packaging lines, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and materials flow.

You will load materials, perform basic maintenance, follow safety and quality procedures, and help on the line as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish and forklift experience are preferred.

This role offers hands-on training, teamwork, and opportunities to advance in a growing cold chain solutions company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications.
• Mechanical inclination and basic math skills helpful.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate manufacturing and/or packaging equipment.
• Load and feed machinery with specified raw materials and parts.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Follow work orders and instructions for each assignment.
• Ensure work meets specifications and quality requirements.
• Assist in manual production tasks including lifting, packing, and palletizing.
• Adhere to safety policies and perform QA checks.
• Accurately record production information in work orders.
• Meet production standards and guide others on the line as needed.
