Job summary

Groupe Bonduelle Fresh Americas seeks a Machine Operator 4 to operate packaging equipment in a refrigerated production environment. You will follow GMP/SQF/HACCP guidelines and participate in sanitation practices.

Responsibilities include pre-flight/setup of the bagger, quality checks, waste management, and basic maintenance. Must read/write English and lift up to 50 lbs in a 24/7 plant.

Qualifications

• English literacy (read, write, speak).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and ensure compliance with GMP/SQF/HACCP guidelines.
• Perform pre-flight and shutdown procedures and set up the bagger per specifications.
• Maintain equipment and quality, conduct inspections, and monitor waste.
• Certify bags meet product and order specs by lot numbers and dates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
