Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Maintenance/Operator role in its Bistro production area to operate and maintain sealing machine equipment and support line efficiencies. The position focuses on reducing downtime, improving production, and ensuring product quality across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections for quality.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on sealing machine equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting of equipment issues.
• Monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Manage and reduce waste by using scale system.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; follow 5S methodology.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
