Job summary

Mom’s Meals is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to pick, scan, and pack portions of customer orders in a refrigerated environment. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and teamwork on a 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm in North Jackson, OH. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits.

You'll work in a temperature-controlled warehouse, meet production standards, and may contribute to housekeeping and safety protocols. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends/holidays and/or overtime.
• Have a strong service orientation.
• Be a team player with good communication.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must have basic reading skills.
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Pay close attention to detail while reading labels and selecting products.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Produce quality output consistently.
• Move product between locations following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work in a large refrigerator-controlled warehouse (34-40 degrees).
