Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Associate for the 2nd shift in North Jackson, OH. The role involves picking, scanning, and packing portions of orders in a refrigerated environment, with temperature ranges of 34–40 degrees. It requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Starting pay is $17.50/hour.

The position offers full-time hours with potential weekend/holiday overtime. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Warehouse/distribution experience is a plus.
• Strong safety and quality standards must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack to complete your portion of the order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Move products within the warehouse following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
