Mom’s Meals is hiring a Fulfillment Associate for their North Jackson, OH facility. The role involves picking, scanning, and packing portions of each customer’s order in a refrigerated environment. Shift options include 1st and 3rd, with starting pay of $16.50/hour or $18.00/hour, respectively.

The job requires 18+ years old, ability to stand 8-10 hours, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Strong service orientation and teamwork are essential.
• Able to communicate well with others and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack items for order portions.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move products within the warehouse following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
