Batchline Solutions in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a General Warehouse Associate to assemble and pack meal boxes, prepare ingredients, and support shipping in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with food handling, warehouse operations or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and fully understand English manuals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, hardworking and a team player.
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (-9 to 42 F) for 8 or more hours and on some occasions, in a dark environment.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, long hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and store food items in the preparation area for packing.
• Measure, weigh, and containerize ingredients for packing and storing.
• Assemble meal boxes and labels, and package per order requests.
• Provide administrative support with labels, stickers, and organizing menu cards.
• Assist with receiving and shipping in Operations.
