Responsibilities

• Pull orders for customers and check accuracy.
• Load and unload shipments and deliveries using proper equipment.
• Prepare products for shipment via UPS, FedEx and common carrier.
• Receive shipments and handle damaged paperwork.
• Break down and put away stock using proper equipment.
• Assist at counter and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly identifying yourself and the company.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
