Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while upholding high quality standards. 40 hours per week with potential overtime and a strong commitment to on-site safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and control schematics.
• Experience installing basic HVAC controls.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC startup procedures.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds and work from ladders or lifts.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC equipment including split systems, DX units, package units, and ductless systems.
• Install refrigerant piping, supports, insulation, valves, and accessories per drawings and specs.
• Read blueprints, piping schematics, control drawings, and installation details.
• Install basic HVAC controls including thermostats and sensors.
• Perform startup and functional testing to verify proper operation.
• Coordinate with project managers, foremen, electricians, pipefitters, and controls technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow OSHA and company standards.
