A-Gas Americas in Hatfield Township, PA is seeking a Shop Technician to support our local team with cylinder preparation and refrigerant consolidation. You will manage inbound/outbound cylinders, inventory, and the pickup process, ensuring safe handling per regulations.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, must be 21+, and possess a valid driver's license. We offer comprehensive benefits and training leading to EPA 608 certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull cylinders weighing up to 75+ pounds.
• EPA 608 License to be obtained within 14 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cylinder fleet for the shop location, including inbound/outbound cylinders and inventory tracking.
• Consolidate refrigerant between cylinders and manage the ready-for-pickup process.
• Receive cylinders, analyze refrigerant type, perform consolidation.
• Operate electric pallet jack and liftgate.
• Assist technicians with loading/unloading work trucks.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform general maintenance on recovery equipment.
• Comply with EPA regulations.
