Job summary

An Assisted Living Community is seeking a Reflections Program Coordinator to help seniors live their best lives. You will plan and direct activities for memory care residents. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year of related experience, and preferably training in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the overall provision and success of the Reflections Memory Care Neighborhood.
• Planning, directing, performing and facilitating activities that enrich the lives of the memory care residents.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in a programming‑related or activities position, preferably in memory care or experience as a home health aide. Alzheimer’s and dementia training preferred.
