Job summary

Calumet, Inc. seeks a Yardman/Laborer at the Great Falls Refinery to perform plant operations and maintenance tasks safely. This full-time position offers a one-year probationary period and benefits.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, lifting heavy loads, climbing ladders, loading trucks and railcars, and supporting maintenance activities. The role requires a high school diploma and willingness to work rotating day/night 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial experience preferred.
• Must be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrates Calumet values and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety rules and operating procedures to support zero tolerance safety objectives.
• Climb ladders, tanks vessels.
• Lifting continuously throughout the day.
• Turning valves.
• Loading trucks and railcars with product.
• Various maintenance duties throughout the plant.
• Operating a variety of equipment in accordance with policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Working in diverse environments such as confined spaces, heights, and storage tanks.
• Complete and maintain required daily paperwork.
• Assist refinery personnel as directed.
