Job summary

Calumet is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Great Falls, MT to move and monitor railcars between the plant and refinery, manage BOLs in SAP, and coordinate with BNSF and customers. The role requires early hours (6 AM–4 PM), weekends, and rotating holidays with strong Excel and organizational skills.

You will track shipments, update records, maintain storage sheets, and support yield accounting and customer relations to ensure smooth product movement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Three years transportation/logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or BNSF software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Request daily trains and assign products for railcars entering/leaving the plant.
• Bill railcars accurately after loading/unloading.
• Maintain scheduling and coordination tools daily for all railcar activity.
• Manage customer constraints and requests related to loading.
• Communicate with rail crews and lab for updates and BOL needs.
• Prepare Propane/NaHS BOLs and email copies to customers.
