Job summary

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Site Manager for a local refinery to lead construction and maintenance efforts, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence. The role acts as the primary liaison between the client and WRS, overseeing project execution, estimating support, workforce management, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will show strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a high-risk environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management software; ability to read/write reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and oversee multiple projects.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, Safety, and Estimating.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to minimize impact on safety, schedule, and cost.
• Monitor productivity, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and client expectations.
• Visit job sites regularly to assess progress and provide direction.
• Oversee Foremen and field personnel, providing leadership and development.
• Coordinate workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and equipment allocation.
• Partner with HR and leadership on personnel development and performance.
• Lead by example with professionalism and integrity.
