Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work on a specific shift.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Ability to use basic computer tools at client sites.
• Capable of handling crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on the shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment ranges.
• Prepare written reports and logs on a regular basis.
• Assist in maintaining procedures and client site safety.
