Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a refinery site. The role involves supervising security staff on a shift, coordinating with site supervisors and account managers, and delivering quality services with professional conduct.

Qualifying candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma (or 5 years of verifiable experience), have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, and be prepared to complete background checks and drug testing as required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site.
