Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for an oil refinery, with a focus on drone pilot readiness. The role requires a valid TWIC card and prior security supervisory experience. The position is full-time and paid at $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Coordinate delivery of quality security services for the assigned customer and shift.
