Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler in Deer Park, TX to develop, maintain, and optimize integrated project and maintenance schedules for refinery tank, infrastructure, and non-routine maintenance activities.

This role collaborates with field supervisors, planners, engineers, contractors, and operations to ensure work is planned and executed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has deep Primavera P6 expertise, strong Power BI data skills, and a track record in refinery or heavy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of scheduling, planning, project controls, maintenance, construction, or refinery-related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong Power BI and data analytics skills.
• Experience supporting maintenance, construction, capital projects, tank work, infrastructure projects, or turnaround activities in an operating refinery or petrochemical facility.
• Proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project and maintenance schedules using Primavera P6.
• Analyze schedule performance, critical paths, float consumption, resource constraints, and execution risks.
• Coordinate schedule updates with field supervisors, planners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure schedule alignment with refinery priorities, operational constraints, and resource availability.
• Support long-range planning efforts for non-routine maintenance, tank work, and infrastructure projects.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans.
