Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years refinery or petrochemical plant turnaround planning and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of PPM processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule planned maintenance turnarounds and related outages.
• Develop and maintain detailed WBS in Primavera P6.
• Resource-load and cost-load turnaround schedules for manpower and budget alignment.
• Establish baselines and monitor variances; support mitigation planning.
• Coordinate purchasing for equipment, tools, services and materials.
• Act as liaison between turnaround and operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement and lessons learned.
